Related Links Document ScanningOn-Site Scanning Here at BME we recognise that for some customers it isn't possible to allow their documents to leave their premises. Due to this it is possible to arrange on-site scanning for those customers who handle sensitive documentation. This is usually undertaken on a long-term basis but can be flexible if it suits the needs of the customer, for example a member of staff may have a workplace placement with you one day a week.We will provide you with the equipment and training, or if you would prefer, a member of staff to perform the scanning for you. If you choose to undertake the scanning yourselves we can provide a member of staff to oversee the process in the planning and implementation stages, as well as for the beginning of production. By choosing to undertake on-site scanning with a member of our staff as an operator your are provided with the security of scanning at your own premises, the convenience of being able to interact with the process and cost-effectiveness.
