Service and Maintenance
Here at BME we are able to offer a wide range of service and maintenance solutions for your equipment. We provide assistance
with scanner, servers, network equipment and microfilm machinery.
We have two service contract options for those who prefer the peace of mind and stability of a service contract. The first
option allows you to buy a package of hours, rather than a full annual contract. This option is specifically tailored
for small business who require protection for their equipment at a reduced cost. Our second option is a full annual service
contract. Both options provide you with our 8+8 response, remote access to solve problems where possible and qualified
service engineers.
We are also able to provide you with parts, regardless of whether you are signed up to our service contracts. Parts are
available for all major providers, including Canon, Kodak, Panasonic and Fujitsu. We can also provide legacy parts for
those pieces of equipment that are no longer in production.
Our qualified service engineers can install these parts for you, or you can purchase a part seperately for personal
installation.
