Our Professional document scanning services utilise high quality scanners and experienced operators to ensure that every document is scanned accurately and efficiently.
We typically scan sizes up to A0 including, invoices, HR records, job cards & large format drawings. All scanned documents are translated into readable text, using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software. This enables you to search all your documents by keywords or numbers, which makes finding the right document and information quick and easy. Record indexing requirements will be pre-determined prior to starting any projects.
After we finish scanning your documents, we offer flexible delivery options to provide you with your data in a way that suits you. You can choose from various delivery methods according to your preference, including USB encrypted hard-drive, via our secure web portal or intergrating with your existing document storage and management system, such as Box. Microsoft 365, Dropbox and Microsoft SharePoint.
All documents that we process are treated as confidential. If you have specific requirements as to the handling of your documents, please let us know.

How much will it cost?
Document scanning is typically charged on a per-page basis, but factors can influence this rate. These include the removal of staples and paperclips, along with your indexing requirements.
On average, document scanning prices range from £0.03 to £0.08 per page for up to A3 size. Prices may vary depending the complexity of the project, timeframes, and any special requirements that may be needed. We always strive to ensure that your digital transformation is both efficient and cost-effective.

On-site scanning
Onsite scanning is a popular solution for confidential data and live documents which simply cannot be removed from the site. This can be down to legal compliance, regulation or document access requirements. We can provide an onsite scanning solution. We supply the equipment and trained personnel to scan the items at your location.
